She is the founder of multiple life sciences and regenerative medicine ventures and has supported more than €500 million in impact-driven fundraising and early-stage investments. As Founder and CEO of XB, she leads global scale-up and investment programs and works with a trusted international network of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and investors focused on accelerating meaningful, long-term impact.
Nanneke Dinklo is a Los Angeles–based MedTech leader with over 15 years of experience driving product launches and commercial scale across MedTech, FemTech, and medical device companies, including multiple FDA 510(k) Class I and II approvals. She supports founders and leadership teams with hands-on execution, scalable go-to-market strategies, and access to a strong West Coast network focused on impact-driven growth in women’s health.
